The common snags and how to get past them.
“Windows protected your PC”
The installer isn't code-signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
A missing DLL or the AI engines won't start (Windows)
Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime. The Welcome screen's system check shows a download link when it's missing.
A video stopped halfway
Open Auto or Queue and press Continue. Everything finished so far is kept.
Not enough footage was found
- Use a concrete topic: a place, an event, a machine, an animal.
- Paste a few YouTube links you have rights to under Your footage.
- Leave scene images on: they fill any sentence without a good shot.
Script writing is slow
Your graphics card may be too small for the selected model. Try Qwen3 4B in Settings → AI models, or choose Performance in Settings → Performance.
Not enough disk space
Each 10-minute video takes 1–2 GB while you work on it. Use Clean cache in Settings → Storage, or move projects to an external drive.
