Use your own script
Choose Use my script and paste it. The voice says exactly your words. Lines starting with ## start a new section, which also guides the footage. About 150 words make one minute.
Add your own footage
Under Your footage (optional, used first) paste YouTube links (or any site yt-dlp supports) or add videos from your computer. Tick the box confirming you have the rights. Free footage search only fills the gaps.
